The Village Hall Building
Spacious entrance foyer
Large main hall - 30m x 8m. Slightly larger than a badminton/touch tennis court.
A mobile stage is available at one end, with full lighting bar, mic facilities and curtains.
A large screen for cinema/projector requirements.
Sound system, including speakers throughout the building. Microphone and hearing loop systems are also available.
New seating for 50 people. Some extra seating available.
Community room - 8m x 6m.
Both rooms have a kitchen. The main hall has a very well-equipped kitchen with crockery and cutlery. The community room has a smaller independent kitchen.
Both rooms included male and female toilets.
Disabled toilet in foyer.
Large car park on site.
Full-sized pétanque or boule court and equipment.
Addtional equipment
A variety of tables for dining and display.
Blue padded chairs in good condition.
Crockery and cutlery for a variety of situations.
Mircrowave, small and glass panel fridges.
Industrial dishwasher.

Regular Community Activity: (per hour/half day-evening)
• Main Hall (and kitchen): £5/£20
• Community Room (and kitchen): £5/£20
• Regular activity groups from outside the parish: £10/£40
• Individual, occasional, or commercial bookings: £10/£40
Please Note: this to include all time in the Hall, including preparation and clearing up. An induction session is included to introduce all aspects of the Hall and sign the agreement.
Special Events (exclusive day or part day use)
• Monday – Friday £90
• Saturday OR Sunday £120
• Saturday AND Sunday £250
• with Friday night £300
Equipment:
• Kitchen equipment included
• Bluetooth audio system available and audio box (cassette, tape and hearing loop).
• Audio-visual equipment can be arranged (large screen available).
• Table tennis and indoor touch tennis can be hired and requires a short induction.
• Mobile stage and lighting system are available (fee required).
• Post event cleaning fee can be negotiated.
Please Note: the loan of equipment off-site is for agreed local events and functions only, e.g. £3 per table £10 for 10 chairs, as agreed. A full replacement for damage is required.

Lottery funded ‘international’ quality equipment.
Tuesday afternoon ‘open’ club, 2-4pm. Available for hire - with induction.
